Return & Exchange Policy

At The Bambini Boutique, we believe that shopping should be a rewarding and enjoyable experience, for both you and your little ones. Our goal is for each and every one of our customers to be completely satisfied with their orders. In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange, however; the following three conditions must be met first:

 

  • Condition 1- The item must be unworn, unwashed, still with original tags and in a resellable condition.

  • Condition 2- The item you wish to return must be returned within 14 days of original purchase date.

  • Condition 3- The item must not be a sale item.

 

We do hold the right to refuse a refund granted that the above conditions are not met.

 

Please note, whilst we are more than happy to provide you with a refund, shipping and delivery charges will not be refunded to you and you, the purchaser, will be responsible for any shipping and delivery costs associated with returning the item to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable delivery method as we cannot gurantee that your item will be returned to us via your chosen carrier,

 

The payment will be returned to you via original payment method. We will also not be responsible for any currency conversions for international buyers.

 

Gift cards are not redeemabable for cash. Gift cards must be redeemed within their time period. Further time extentsion will not be granted to anyone wishing to redeem a card outside their expiry date.

Faulty Items

While we do our best at The Bambini Boutique, to ensure and maintain high product standards, we understand that human error may allow for some products to miss our 'Quality Control' upon arrival. In this instance we will endeavor to replace the item as quick as we can for you.

 

If you are unsatisfactory with this, we will gladly refund you for the item and the shipping for that particular item however; it will be calculated separately from other items that may have been purchased at the same time. Please note, that before your refund is applied, you must be able to provide us with as much information about the fault so we can assist you as quick as we can.

Shipping

Shipping within Australia is with Australia Post. Upon request, we can provide you with a tracking number.

 

We have a high turn around shipping time with 1-2 business days of recieving your order. If your purchase includes a personalised item please allow up to 12 days for us to ship your order. However: please allow up to 10 business days to receive your item within Australia. Please note this is worst case scenario, and most of our customers will recieve their packages within 7 days.

 

If you are ordering internationally, please allow up to 25 days to receive your order. Some international orders may, in some cases, arrive later than this time frame provided due to Customs.

 

Our delivery fee schedule is as follows:

 

  • Standard shipping fee on all bows within Australia is $4.00. Please note this option does not include tracking. This option is for standard letter mail only. If you would like to be able to track your item, please purchase the 'Express' shipping method.

 

  • Express shipping fee's within Australia are $12.00.

 

  • You have the option to select which method you would like at checkout.

 

  • Standard International shipping fee's are $30.00AUD. Express International Shipping fee's are $45.00AUD.

 

Please note: Whilst we do what we can to ensure your order is delivered to you on time, we will not be liable for any loss or damage that has been caused during the delivery process to you. This includes delivery to an incorrect address either caused by the carrier or incorrect delivery details provided. Please understand that once our parcels have been handed over to our carrier we have no control over them, although we will do what we can to ensure safe delivery to all of our customers.

 

International customers must understand that we are not liable for any further delivery costs associated with their package once the item has arrived in their country. Customs fee's and duties may apply.
